For example, strategy affects collaboration; collaboration, in turn, influences value creation. <\/p>\n<p>In the Hexagon, click on an area or sub-area to explore the associated capability aspects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Link capabilities to results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EFE links capabilities with the results they contribute to. Results are considered where they arise and are used to lead, improve, and further develop the organisation. <\/p>\n<p>EFE helps to understand the relationships: <strong>What do we deploy? What do we deliver? What benefits do we create? What impacts do we achieve? It describes how the capability aspects of that sub-area manifest across the five levels. These descriptions make it possible to classify one&#8217;s own organisation and to transparently justify the assessment in dialogue.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Identify next development steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The assessment makes strengths and development potential visible.
